Using the vine leaves that I picked in the early summer and froze to make some dolma, they are so delicious. I watched @georgiepuddingnpie you tube video on how to make them which I loved! Thanks for the beautiful leaves @katelknight next year we pick more and will make these together xx

Picked on the edge of the canal, beautiful sloes ready for the gin jar after they have been pricked several times to release their flavour although a lady we bumped into also foraging said I can freeze them and this saved time pricking each one ! Anyone followed this method ?

Pac man pastilla from earlier in the week! I can’t get enough of these Moroccan pies I make them veggie with pumpkin and layers of spinach and nuts or meaty with pot roast a chicken. Great to ease you into autumn
