These are the best I’ve ever made ! pastry made with 50/50 lard and butter and I used 00 flour and added a little mahleb from @honeyandco each has a blob of orange zest cream cheese inside as inspired by @haddieandtrilby I’ve gone for a deep fill made in a muffin tray, filled with homemade hazelnut and stem ginger mincemeat.
